1. I am new to BioLabRx. How can I get or create my referral code?

Simply sign up to Refer A Friend Program and create an account. Make your first purchase and go to My Account. Click on Refer A Friend (in blue) and accept Terms and Conditions and you will receive your unique Rewards code and Referral link to share with friends.

2. I am an existing customer to BioLabRx. How can I get or create my referral code?

Log in to your account. On the account page click on Refer A Friend link (in blue) and read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and you will see your Rewards link and Rewards code and can start sharing right away.

3. Can I refer myself to earn Rewards?

No. Existing customers cannot refer themselves.

4. Can I use the $9 off Reward code in my account for myself?

No. The $9 off Reward code is for new customers you refer to us.

5. Are there any limits to how many people I can refer?

No. There is no maximum to the number of referrals. You can refer as many new customers as you want, invite any of your friends, family, colleagues and associates.

6. How many Refer A Friend Rewards can I earn?

There is no limit on earnings under the program.

7. Can persons living in the same household use Rewards?

No. Please be aware that our Program is available to one customer, per household. The Rewards Program is available to one customer, per household. When we see multiple accounts logging in from the same location or device, BioLabRx.com reserves the right to close all accounts immediately and without notice.

8. How can I use my Rewards Credits?

Your credits are automatically applied to your account and you may use them as a payment method for the future purchases.

9. Can I get cash back?

Yes. If your Rewards Credits balance is $300 USD or more we will send you a check or pay you via PayPal. All Rewards Credits balances below $300.00 are rolled over to the next month. In order to cash out your Rewards follow these steps:

a. Submit your request for payment at the end of the month. To send your request for payment log in to your account and click on Withdrawals or Commissions. Rewards cash out occurs once a month, at the end of the month. Please, send your request no later than 5 business days before the end of that month.

b. Please make sure that your mailing address for check requests and information for your PayPal account are up-to-date.

c. The commissions are taxable income, so we are required to collect your tax information.

– If you are a United States citizen or resident we will need a completed W-9 form on file, in order to pay you commissions.

– If you are not a United States citizen, but you have a taxable business within the United States you will need to fill out a W8-ECI form.

– If you are not a United States citizen or resident and you don’t have taxable business within the United States please complete

Form W-8BEN.

10. Where does the person referred by me enter my Reward code to get the $9 off discount?

They can enter your Reward code on the checkout page when placing their first order. They will receive $9 off their first order of $90 or more. When their order ships, we’ll automatically add $9 rewards credit to your account. Plus, you will get further 9% of each purchase he/ she makes in the future.

11. Will I receive additional credits if someone I refer continues to make purchases?

Yes. You will get further 9% of each purchase he/ she makes in the future. It’s unlimited lifelong rewards. The more you refer, the more you earn!

12. Do rewards credits expire?

Yes, rewards credits not redeemed within 180 days from date they are posted as “Available” in your account will automatically expire.

13. When do Rewards Credits get posted to my account?

Credits will be applied to your account as soon as your friend’s order ships and become “Available” 40-days following the applicable transaction date.

14. What happens if I return products that I purchased with my Reward Code?

If you return products purchased with your Reward Code in accordance with the BioLabRx.com Return Policy, you will be refunded the amount you paid (minus the value of the Reward Code and any other discounts) to the original method of payment after we process your return in accordance with the BioLabRx.com Return Policy. Reward Code valid for one-time use only. Please note that you will not receive a replacement Reward Code for returned items.

15. Am I allowed to promote my Reward Code and Reward link using paid advertising?

No. The BioLabRx.com Refer a Friend Program is not intended for commercial purposes, You are not permitted to participate in any form of commercial advertising.

16. Why I did not receive my Rewards Credits?

You will not receive your Rewards Credits if:

  • the customer you referred is an existing customer or belongs to the household with existing account with BioLabRx.com
  • the customer you referred did not use your Reward code or did not follow your Referral link
  • the customer you referred did not make a first purchase of $90 or more
  • the customer you referred canceled order or a returned order.

 

17. Can my Refer A Friend account be closed?

Yes, BioLabRx reserves the right to close any BioLabRx Feref A Friend account according to the Terms and Conditions, including terminating the program at any time, and at our sole discretion.

18. How to Cancel Rewards Program?

Please send an email to [email protected] notifying the Rewards Team to cancel your participation.
