U.S. Return Policy

• We accept returns on any un opened bottles within 30 days of date of purchase.
• We will refund the entire purchase price of the order (less shipping and processing).
• There are no hidden fees or re-stocking fees

 

We are confident that you will be thrilled with how well these supplements work, but if for any reason you decide you do not want it anymore, simply e-mail us at [email protected]   within 30 days of purchase and request an RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any product. The customer is responsible for the  shipping costs.

“Free” products received as part of a promotional offer do not qualify for a credit if returned.

Partial, opened, or unsealed bottles do not qualify for a credit if returned. We will not re-ship returns sent after the 30-day purchase period.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Please allow up to four weeks for your return to be processed and your account refunded. Refunds will be applied within 14 days after your return is processed, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product. Policy is subject to change.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number; products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited.

Directions and Conditions for Obtaining a Refund:

• The customer must contact BioLabRx.com and ship the merchandise back within 30 days from the date that the product was purchased.
• The customer must e-mail us at [email protected] request an RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any merchandise.
• Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued, your return package must be postmarked within 7 days, to ensure that the items are returned promptly.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We will accept returned products provided they are unopened.
