International shipping rates are determined during online checkout and are calculated based on the total weight and final destination.
Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.

Credit Card Verification
For your protection and ours, it's important to be sure that credit cards are being used by their rightful owners. As a first time customer, it's possible that we may need additional information to verify that you are the account holder. Our international team will attempt to contact you to request additional information if needed. Watch for an email from this address: email@example.com. Information that cannot be verified may cause a delay in shipping.
Back-ordered items and Split Shipments
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Please note that shipping rates are per order, not per package. Backordered items may delay your international delivery and once all products are available your order will be automatically shipped.
Please be advised, that refunds will not be issued for any order(s) that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, order(s) that can't be delivered due to an address error, or order(s) seized by Customs.
BioLabRx.com is not able to offer refunds on products that are refused for any reason. In addition, if BioLabRx.com is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to your refusal, you may be responsible for that cost, too.
We are not able to change your delivery address after an order has been submitted and we cannot be held responsible for any fees, or other delivery issues if your address was entered incorrectly at online checkout. If such an error causes an order to be lost, destroyed, or rejected, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
BioLabRx.com strictly follows all international and national regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the USA or abroad. It is the full responsibility of the customer to ensure that these supplements are allowed by their customs authorities. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or penalties incurred by your order due to a violation of law.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for orders damaged, destroyed, or seized, by Customs. If an item(s) is returned to us due to non-compliance issues with the country of destination's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only.
Declaration of Product Value
Note, in compliance with international laws, we will state the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will not list the package as a gift. Your order will include an invoice, indicating the name, quantity and price of each product.
We are confident that you will be thrilled with how well these supplements work, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s) simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days of purchase and request an RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any product. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- We accept returns on any un opened bottles within 90 days of date of purchase.
- We will refund the entire purchase price of the order (less shipping and processing).
- There are no hidden fees or re-stocking fees
Please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
Step 1. E-mail us at email@example.com within 90 days from the date that the product was purchased and request an RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any merchandise.
Step 2. Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued, your return package must be postmarked within 7 days, to ensure that the items are returned promptly.
Step 3. Please include Return Authorization Number and a copy of the original packing slip sent with your order to ensure quick processing of your return.
Exclusions- "Free" products received as part of a promotional offer do not qualify for a credit if returned. Partial, opened, or unsealed bottles do not qualify for a credit if returned. All returns require a Return Authorization Number; products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited. We will not re-ship returns sent after the 90-day purchase period.
All refunds will be credited using your original payment method. Please allow up to four weeks for your return to be processed and your account refunded. Refunds will be applied within 14 days after your return is processed, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Customer is responsible to pay shipping cost to return product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
