    Sun, stress, wind, cold weather, spicy food those are my cold sores triggers. Every time I had outbreak it usually lasted 4-5 weeks. About a year ago, I was introduced to Immune Super Plus Rx by my colleague, I never had cold sores since then. I always have it with me now, and if I feel a cold sore starting, I take 3 capsules 3 times a day immediately for a couple of days, it never develops into blisters or sores.
